Pinocchio (1940). Still the finest animated movie to me. The story deviated from the book, sure, but the sheer quality of the animation made up for it.

Like I know off the top of my head what they did other than Mulan - and that one was respectively ruined... Probably 'not' Toys (1992)... *Pfff...* Frozen & Tangled were 'just okay'.
Let's say 'The Secret of NIMH' (1982). ;p Even if Disney 'didn't' buy it up, they will probably at some point in the future - so they own all the animated films children could watch.
